Shipping policy
All Puritan orders are fulfilled from our four Puritan Cape Cod stores and Vineyard Vines Cape Cod, and shipped from our flagship store in Hyannis, MA.
How long does it take to fulfill my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipping. Because orders may be fulfilled from any of our locations, it may take an extra day to transport your item from one of our Cape Cod locations to our Hyannis store where it is packed and shipped.
When will my order ship?
Once the item(s) from your order are collected together at our Hyannis store, it is prepared for shipping that same business day. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Shipping times are determined based on the method selected at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free UPS Ground shipping over $150. All other shipping speeds are a flat rate. UPS Ground $10. UPS 2nd Day Air $24. UPS Next Day Air $32.
Local Pickup
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order for store pickup. The item(s) in your order may currently be in any of our four Cape Cod locations. Our hardworking team is busy collecting and transporting your item(s) to the selected pickup store.
If we expect your order to take more than 1 business day to be ready for pickup, we will send you an email with an expected pickup day and time.
Once all of the items have arrived at your desired store, you will receive an email that your order is ready for pickup.
