Megan at Puritan is phenomenal. My husband and I are local and were in a bind and Megan at Puritan in Chatham came to the rescue. We were in the area with friends before my husband had to rush to work and we had a work shoe mishap. I called Puritan directly and they put aside a new pair of work shoes for my husband so he could rush in and buy them and make it to work in time. If that isn’t customer service and kindness, I don’t know what is! Look no further, they have quality items, knowledgeable staff and kind service with a smile. Thanks Megan and team - we love you guys!

Highly recommend. Absolutely outstanding customer service. The team at PCC will make sure you are 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. They go above and beyond. Will be shopping with them again in the future. I'd actually go out of my way to order from them over other retailers due to the outstanding customer service they provide.
