If the item wasn’t perfect we’re here to make it right. We are happy to accept all returns or exchanges for merchandise in their original, unworn condition with original tags still attached. We kindly ask returns be made within 90 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. We appreciate your purchase, thank you for shopping at Puritan Cape Cod!
Mailed returns and exchanges apply to online orders.
All online orders should have received a pre-paid UPS label included with your order. If one was not included or was misplaced, please email email@example.com with your name, email and phone number to help us locate your order and we're happy to email you a new label.
Simply package your item(s) securely and include a note with your name, phone number and email to help us identify your return when it arrives back to us. Attach your pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package, making sure to cover any old labels or barcodes.
Send your package via UPS. The tracking number is included on the enclosed label. Please keep a copy for your records.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, email, and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll work with you from there to get your new item out as soon as possible.
