Megan at Puritan is phenomenal. My husband and I are local and were in a bind and Megan at Puritan in Chatham came to the rescue. We were in the area with friends before my husband had to rush to work and we had a work shoe mishap. I called Puritan directly and they put aside a new pair of work shoes for my husband so he could rush in and buy them and make it to work in time. If that isn’t customer service and kindness, I don’t know what is! Look no further, they have quality items, knowledgeable staff and kind service with a smile.
