We are OPEN. We are CLEAN. We are SAFE.
We’ve taken new measures to keep our employees, customers, and community safe.
As a third generation family-owned company, nothing is more important than the relationships and trust we’ve built with our employees, customers, and community. We are taking every precaution outlined by the CDC to ensure your health and safety, and that everyone feels comfortable in our stores.
Our #1 priority is your safety. We look forward to seeing you again soon, and can’t wait to show you all the incredible styles that await.
Frequently touched objects and surfaces such as workstations, keyboards, phones, fixtures, handrails, and doorknobs are repeatedly sanitized throughout day.
All employees will be wearing masks, and extras are available for customers without one.
Hand sanitizers available throughout the store. And employees are educated on proper handwashing and hygiene.
Returns and Exchanges
A separate area will be set up for all merchandise that has been returned or exchanged, and all merchandise will be steam cleaned before returning to the selling floor.
The number of customers allowed in the store at a given time will be limited.
Floor layout and displays have been re-designed for wider aisles and increased distance between racks.
And as always, private appointments are available before and after regular hours.
No contact checkout for credit cards and no signatures required. Plexi glass “sneeze guards” installed at checkout counters.

Keeping our employees (and you) safe
All employees have been explicitly told not to come to work with any symptoms of illness.
Each day employees will receive a mask, which they will be required to wear at all times. Gloves and hand sanitizer will also be provided.
Outside of the workplace, employees will be asked to wear a mask to and from work and practice social distancing to prevent infection.
Break and lunch areas have been modified to increase social distance.
